Enjoy sweet flavors of ripe red and purple fruits, and layered notes of pomegranate, allspice, blueberry, fig newton, cherry compote, black tea, and roasted almonds.
It has a soft entry, with spicy tannins and a sweet finish. While the tannins are hefty, they are very integrated with the acidity, creating a wine that is chewy with good density and a nice mid palate.
Pairings: dried figs and plums, pork loin with herbs and cream sauce, tri tip.
