This vintage's Declaration is a slight departure from our usual 2/3 Cab to 1/3 Petite blend. It features a deep ruby color that heralds its bouquet and palate of dark cherries, licorice, cassis, and caramel, with a subtle hint of smoke and mint on the finish. Ample tannins and acidity provide a core for this fruit forward, structured wine that pairs well with charcuterie, pork, lamb or a soft creamy cheese.
