2016 Cabernet Sauvignon

Imbued with a deep garnet hue, this hand-harvested, limited production Cab has a ripe palate of blackberries, currants and cassis with herbal notes in the aroma and subtle hints of menthol and spearmint.  Full-bodied with structured tannins and good acidity, the wine has velvet mouthfeel with a strong backbone.  Perfect to pair with grilled meats, duck with fruit, lamb, sharp flavorful cheeses, and dark chocolate.
